OSP is helmed by founder Sylvia Wells, who isn't just watching the publishing landscape change—she’s actively navigating it. Passionate about the "new world" of the craft, Sylvia arms her authors with battle-tested strategies and modern tools she knows work in today’s market.

The Orange Sky: The orange sky is a nod to adventure. It recalls the old sailor’s ditty Sylvia’s mother used to recite while observing the horizon: a promise of "sailor's delight" or a warning of incoming storms. It evokes the thrill of the unknown, the call of the horizon, and the magic of tales waiting to be told.
